Attic Studio with small Kitchen and Bath

In our attic studio, you feel like you're back in your student days. As the name suggests, it's right under the roof and the sun shines straight in. Sometimes this creates a wonderful atmosphere, but sometimes it gets really warm up here on hot days. You should know that in advance. Nevertheless, the attic studio consists of a large room with a comfortable double bed, large desk and practical furniture. It also has its own small kitchen and bathroom/WC. If a group knows each other well, there would be room to put a guest sofa or children's bed in a corner of the room. Again, please note that the house is located in a quiet residential area and that loud soccer parties and noise after 10 pm are not permitted. But of course you can watch the soccer matches in your room or in the lounge for as long as you like and sit together in a cozy atmosphere. If you rent the attic studio for two people, it costs 150 euros per night and day. If you rent it for three people, it costs 220 euros. If you stay there with four people, it costs 280 euros per night and day.
